The Aéroport d'Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte (IATA code AJA) is an international commercial airport. With approximately one million passengers a year, it is the eleventh largest airport in France and serves as the base of the Corsican airline Air Corsica.It is located about 5 km east of the centre of Ajaccio.It is a good idea to book the rental car directly at the airport and then drive to the city yourself. Most large and international car rentals can be found at the airport, but also smaller local car rentals.
